SpiroFit to get fit in 2013!

The breath of life... nice.

I love going to the gym but I just don't have the time with school, work and family stuff. But, I have found my way to live through this crazy weather and my crazy schedule...

So, last night I went out to the SpiroFit press event in Los Angeles and met some of the coolest people in the fitness business: Ana Caban, Skip Jennings, Tamilee Webb, Keli Roberts, Tracey Mallett, Liz Arch, David Weck (inventor of the Bosu Ball), Stacey McCarthy and Stephanie Vitorino. These ladies and gentlemen are the SpiroFit Gangster Fitness Squad as far as I'm concerned. They are such a wonderfully sweet, smart and talented group of people, bringing fitness to the professional level we have never seen until now.

Whatever you need, whenever you need it. This company has been created to be, as Alex Rochestie puts it, "The Netflix of fitness." The program is a live streaming program that has up to ten workouts a week filmed, whether you're looking for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Interval, Dance, Cardio, Bosu workouts or just some fun five minute motivation warm-ups. You can access the live classes or plug into a variety of other workouts right from the comfort of your living room, office or out on a picnic with the family.

It's easy and affordable, designed with minimal-to-no-equipment needed in mind. So you can do all of the workouts without the stress of needing fifteen different balls, weights or what have you. The best part of this whole SpiroFit program is that all of this workout interaction is wirelessly done and can happen without going to the gym or having to wait on a rigid class schedule--access the classes from your iPhone, smartphone, iPad or TV.

Skip Jennings accessed via laptop.

There are a few different payment plans that are easy to work with and very reasonable. Every trainer is hooked into working all parts of the body to maximize tone, trim fat and even help you boost some much needed confidence.

Head over to SpiroFit and check it out. I love the workouts; try them with me. I start my subscription this month! I started with their two day free trial to try it out and now I'm onto a month challenge to see how it works out.

  • Live streaming classes happen are On-Demand Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Monthly rates as low as $17.95
  • Two day free trial
